  is highly intuitive, and has 38 +years experience in many modalities and  in  traditional health, as a State Certified Midwife trained in the UK;

In Complementary Health as  a Usui Reiki Master of 30+ years;  Ancestral Clearing™ Practitioner,  Licensed  Massage Therapist,   Solution Focused Health and Wellness Coach,  Reflexology,  Matrix Energetics  and   EFT Tapping. 

She is always exploring new ways to help people and herself.

She has used these modalities in recovering from trauma and injury in her own life, and with her clients with tremendous results. 

It is the works of Ancestral Clearing™  and Reiki Touch along with traditional medicine and other Complementary Therapies that helped Sara-Beth recover from an injury 8  years ago that led to her being in a wheelchair and 7 surgeries.  

She had to learn to walk again, and rebuild her life on so many levels. 

This led to her passion for the Ancestral Clearing™ practice and other healing modalities, as she saw the results that she had personally, and continues to have, as well as her clients.

 She moved back to England having been in the USA for 29 years

She has completed Level 3 of the Ancestral Clearing™  Practitioner Training with John Newton - Health Beyond Belief which is the highest level of training in this particular work and the results are empowering and life changing for her clients and herself

Ancestral Clearing™ -  is a wonderful modality that opens your life to more  possibility, clearing the energy patterns that prevent us from living in  Our Own Rhythm of Truth and Stillness.

He is one of the foremost  innovators of Ancestral Clearing™ and has been developing this work for the past 35 years. 

Sara-Beth uses this modality  with great success with compassion and intuition and listening, and works together with you to work with what best for you, and  your choices. 

Nature played a huge part in Sara-Beths recovery and ignited her interest in Ecotherapy and working with Nature in her sessions

 Reiki - Touch Sessions  

At this time there is such a need for staying balanced and  in an our own true rhythm - to feel our core essence so we can know what is True for us, and feel Our inner stillness   and truly Relax, Re-energise and be Re-vitalized. 

These sessions will assist you in that. Sara-Beth is a Usui Reiki Master of many years standing.

 Reiki Touch  is a wonderful way to find our Balance in our core energy - You don't have to take off your clothes and its a wonderful way to be pampered and relax and replenish your energies

Sara-Beth will combine Reiki Touch with Reflexology depending on the clients needs, bringing total relaxation and rest.

Reiki sessions can also be done long distance
