EMOTIONS VS FEELINGS
It is important to know the difference between the two, because that is what can help you shift being stuck in an emotional state.
Emotions are connected to some form of judgement, ie you feel angry because of someone having jumped the queue or whatever the situation. The root cause of emotions are beliefs that you hold, coming from your own life and also the beliefs transferred to you via energy imprints in your DNA from your ancestors.
Feelings on the other hand, are sensations in the body, without a label of an emotion. They can be heat, waves, contraction, cold, and so on.
When you shift to a feeling state from an emotional state, you are able to shift the feeling, the belief from which it is rooted, AND clear the imprints from your DNA. Huge!
So next time you feel an emotion, ask yourself where do I feel it, what is the sensation?
Then drop into the sensation and allow yourself to just feel, breathe through it. Here you become the Creator of your reality.

Suddenly there is so much space. Breath where none was to be found. You are already held by something vast.
Through this aspiration to no longer abandon yourself, you come back into your power, grounded and embodied in the reality and perception of the warrior, a warrior of love, come here not only to heal yourself but as a vessel of presence and transmutation for all beings."
