She has used these modalities in recovering from trauma and injury in her own life, and with her clients with tremendous results. SaraBeth  recovered from an injury 10  years ago that led to her being in a wheelchair and 7 surgeries.  She had to learn to walk again, and rebuild her life on all  levels.

This led to her passion for the Ancestral Clearing™ practice and physical touch Head, Hands & Feet   as she saw the results that she had personally, and continues to have, as well as her clients.

She moved back to England 7 years ago having been in the USA for 29 years

Head Hands & Feet - Reiki - Touch Sessions  

At this time there is such a need for staying balanced and  in an our own true rhythm - to feel our core essence so we can know what is True for us, and feel our inner stillness and truly relax, re-energise and be re-vitalized. 

SaraBeth has put together a beautiful touch session that includes the head, hands and feet and energy balance - the points on these places balances the whole body

 SaraBeth is a Usui Reiki Master of many years standing.

Head Hands & Feet - Energy Balancing  is a wonderful way to find our Balance in our core energy - You don't have to take off your clothes and its a wonderful way to be pampered and relax and replenish your energies

SaraBeth will combine Reiki Touch with Reflexology depending on the clients needs, bringing total relaxation and rest.

Reiki sessions can also be done long distance

SaraBeth trained with John Newton in Ancestral Clearing™ in the USA and in Barcelona Spain She has completed Level 4 of the Ancestral Clearing™  Practitioner Training with John Newton - Health Beyond Belief which is the highest level of training in this particular work and the results are empowering and life changing.

He is one of the foremost  innovators of Ancestral Clearing™ and has been developing this work for the past 35 years. 

SaraBeth uses this modality  with great success with compassion and intuition and listening, and works together with you to work with what best for you, and  your choices.
